About the Role

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider, is seeking a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join its team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for driving and leading lifecycle marketing efforts across Brazil, creating and developing campaigns for all business assets, and implementing strategies with the highest ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to maximize the long-term value of clients through customer segmentation, personalization, automated user journeys, and the ideal combination of products and distribution channels.
  • Manage and analyze user lifecycle metrics, including activation, retention, and regaining churned users, to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish and maintain marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing strategies, and email journeys, using data-driven insights to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure technical requirements are met to implement lifecycle marketing strategies successfully.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in fields such as marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, and e-commerce marketing.
  • Proven track record of launching successful campaigns and driving business growth through lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities related to user behavior analysis, user retention strategy development in marketing funnels, with a solid understanding of Google Analytics, event tracking, and data structures.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Hubspot, is preferred.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with a strong preference for native Portuguese speakers.
