Job Title: IT Senior Analyst

We are seeking an accomplished IT professional to oversee the management of Microsoft Operational Systems, virtual environments, and hardware for servers and endpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Ensure seamless operation of server and networking equipment, including Routers, Switches, Access Points, and VPNs.
  • Service Desk Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to internal and external users across our LatAm sites.
  • Infrastructure Management: Maintain IT infrastructure, including racks and cabling for datacenters, plants, and endpoints.
  • Project Management: Assist with project coordination and enhance IT KPIs.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform backup/restore operations using Avamar tools and manage asset control.
  • Vendor Management: Handle IT vendor relations and process bill payments.
  • Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver presentations on IT LatAm for worldwide meetings.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst with strong troubleshooting skills to identify and solve complex technical problems.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is essential, and Spanish is a desirable skill.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication, productivity, and planning skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and maintain a resilient attitude.
