Buscamos um profissional de sucesso do cliente para garantir que nossos clientes alcancem os melhores resultados com nossos produtos e serviços. O foco será em construir relacionamentos fortes, promover a satisfação do cliente e colaborar diretamente com as equipes de vendas, suporte e produto para melhorar a experiência geral do cliente.

Responsabilidades
  1. Atuar como ponto de contato principal para os clientes, gerenciando o relacionamento desde a implementação até o uso contínuo do produto.
  2. Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e garantir que eles estejam utilizando o produto de forma eficiente para atingir seus objetivos.
  3. Promover o engajamento do cliente através de treinamentos, reuniões periódicas e compartilhamento de boas práticas.
  4. Colaborar com a equipe de vendas para garantir a retenção e expansão da base de clientes, identificando oportunidades de up-sell e cross-sell.
  5. Monitorar indicadores de sucesso dos clientes, como adoção do produto, satisfação e resultados alcançados, para implementar melhorias contínuas.
  6. Atuar proativamente na solução de problemas, gerenciando expectativas e garantindo a satisfação do cliente em longo prazo.
  7. Reunir feedbacks dos clientes e colaborar com as equipes internas (produto, suporte, marketing) para aprimorar continuamente a oferta de serviços.
  8. Participar de reuniões regulares para fornecer atualizações sobre a saúde dos clientes e sugerir melhorias nas estratégias de sucesso.
Qualificações Desejadas
  • Domínio avançado em inglês e espanhol;
  • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em Customer Success, Atendimento ao Cliente ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Habilidade em construir relacionamentos fortes e de confiança com clientes;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de explicar conceitos técnicos de forma simples e clara;
  • Experiência com métricas de sucesso do cliente e estratégias de retenção;
  • Proatividade e foco em resolver problemas antes que eles se tornem críticos;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa e transversal com várias equipes;
  • Experiência em gerenciar múltiplas contas de clientes simultaneamente;
  • Conhecimento em plataformas de CRM e ferramentas de suporte ao cliente é um diferencial.
