Hard Surface Outsourcing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Art Production Specialist to lead our hard surface outsourcing efforts. This is a crucial role that requires strong artistic vision, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shipping AAA titles across multiple platforms and experience in game art asset creation using software packages like Maya, 3ds Max, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance, etc.

This role involves supervising creative hard surface content provided by outsource partners, working closely with Art Leads and Directors to ensure clear creative direction, and communicating complex feedback across vendor locations.

  • Supervise and guide the work of outsource partners to ensure high-quality assets are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with Art Leads and Directors to establish clear creative goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Provide hands-on art production support as needed.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience in shipping AAA titles across multiple platforms.
  • Experienced in game art asset creation using various software packages.
  • Strong organizational, self-driven, customer-focused, and team-player skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
