Senior Character Concept Artist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Character Concept Artist to contribute to the creative development of our products.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in character design, with a portfolio that showcases their ability to craft memorable and compelling characters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with art directors and development teams to drive and visualize content across various product lines.
  • Develop unique, engaging, and captivating characters that align with our brand's aesthetic.
  • Create character designs in diverse body shapes, ethnicities, and styles.
  • Work with the Art Director to ensure our designs meet the highest quality standards.
  • Provide timely and detailed feedback for concept artists and outsourcing vendors.
  • Coordinate with other art, design, and production teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in AAA game development.
  • Previous experience as a Senior/Principal Concept Artist on a AAA game title.
  • Experience working with intellectual properties.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of styles, creativity, and craftsmanship.
  • Excellent traditional artistic skills with a strong understanding of composition, anatomy, color theory, perspective, lighting, environment, architectural, character, costume, and graphic design.
  • Effective leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately estimate tasks and maintain schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of various art disciplines (animation, character, environment, VFX).
  • A passion for creating high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
