Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive impactful customer experiences and support customer engagements for multiple accounts in the LATAM region. This role involves leading all aspects of customer engagements, creating memorable customer experiences, and planning, managing, executing, and following up on local and regional marketing campaigns.

This position plays a crucial role in strengthening our brand and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective execution of marketing strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing customer engagement strategies that drive business results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create targeted marketing campaigns
  • Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Professional experience driving B2B marketing projects, events, and demos
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and platforms, as well as marketing performance metrics
  • Experience handling complex content and messaging within a B2B environment
  • A dynamic and fast-moving work environment
  • Well-developed storytelling skills to translate complex technical ICT solutions into relatable stories that engage the audience

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Full proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions
