Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our product development in the revolving credit services segment in Brazil. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying market needs, building and prioritizing product roadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product development
  • Develop and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop new features
  • Conduct user research and testing to ensure product usability and effectiveness
  • Maintain product backlog and roadmap organized and up-to-date

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial technology
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum principles
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience with SQL queries and database management systems
  • Familiarity with REST API and cloud architecture
