Business Development and Account Ownership

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead business development and ongoing account ownership for Data & Services within the Fintechs segment. This role involves direct revenue, account ownership, and sales responsibilities.

Value Proposition and Sales

The successful candidate will refine the value proposition of new and existing D&S capabilities to meet the needs of digital merchant and fintech executives. They will serve as the face of Mastercard D&S to senior-level client stakeholders, including C-Suite Executives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive coordination within Demand Generation, Marketing, Solutions, and Product teams across D&S business lines and value propositions.
  2. Take ownership of the sales process, from prospecting to executing commercial contracts, ensuring seamless and efficient sales cycles.
  3. Collaborate closely with other team members and bring an innovative and creative mindset to partnering with large global accounts.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial drive, ability to build and monetize senior client relationships based on thought leadership, empathy, and subject matter expertise. They will also possess 10+ years of experience in consultative sales across data products, software platforms, and/or other analytic services; global account experience is preferred.

The candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrated experience in selling solutions to C-level clients, and a strong networker across relevant stakeholder base. They should also be fluent in English and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management, Systems Engineering, or related field; an MBA or relevant post-graduate degree is preferred.
