About the Role

This position involves overseeing service transition and defining key processes with customers, OBS, and third-party providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Defining the ordering process with customers and third-party carriers;
  2. Establishing escalation procedures between customers, OBS, and third-party vendors;
  3. Receiving quote information from customers to place orders through third-party carriers;
  4. Tracking TPV underlay order status and regular status updates to OBS PMs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive technical experience in complex environments, as well as broad managerial expertise. They should also possess strong communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work effectively in high-pressure situations, including crisis management.

About You

We are seeking a natural leader with strong team player skills, who can work collaboratively within our organization and with external groups and divisions at all levels. The successful candidate will have:

  • 10 years of experience in service delivery activities;
  • A proven track record of managing crises and working in high-pressure environments;
  • Strong experience dealing with customers and developing effective relationships;
  • Superior organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
