Job Summary

The Senior Risk Management Officer is responsible for proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks. This involves conducting thorough assessments, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize business objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Manage and monitor risk scorecards, dashboards, and other tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide thought leadership on risk management best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Analyze data and perform complex calculations to assess risk and recommend mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of risk management frameworks, models, and methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Professional certifications, such as CFA, FRM, or CMC.
