We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and streamlining our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue per truck, meeting the needs of different driver profiles using data-driven insights.
- Negotiate with Freight Brokers to secure competitive rates, seeking profitable options that benefit both parties.
- Monitor and optimize driver activities, ensuring efficient use of service hours.
- Balancing home time requests with operational needs, communicating with drivers daily to optimize productivity.
- Track all cargo from dispatch to delivery, resolving any issues promptly.
- Perform administrative tasks, including documentation, monitoring driver progress, and updating load information into our platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with Freight Brokers, keeping internal and external stakeholders updated on fleet performance.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- High negotiation skills.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Resilience and persistence in dealing with diverse profiles.
- Commercial skills and ability to work towards aggressive goals.
- Previous experience as an account manager.
- Proactivity and focus on delivering results.
- Fixed contract with commission/variable pay.
