We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our cargo team in an administrative capacity. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our workflow, aligning with our objectives and empowering drivers to maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between brokers, drivers, and internal teams, resolving cargo-related issues efficiently.
- Assist in consolidating information for driver payments, contributing to timely financial settlements.
- Organize and distribute client and cargo portfolios among Account Managers/Dispatchers, streamlining operational processes.
