Accounting Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Accounting professional to oversee the integration of new clients, serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, and review financial statements to ensure compliance with technical, quality, deadline, and legal standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in people management, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, advanced/fluency in English, and experience with Accounting BPO companies. Additionally, they should have knowledge of ECD, ECF, CPC, and LALUR calculation.

  1. Review and sign the financial statements of clients in your portfolio, as well as review and sign as the accountant responsible for the annual ECD and ECF of clients under your responsibility.
  2. Ensure the closing process for clients under the Real Profit tax regime, reviewing the LALUR before submitting IRPJ and CSLL tax payment forms.
  3. Train the team in performing their tasks by providing technical and behavioral training and guidance.
  4. Assess, research, recommend, and implement process changes or innovations to improve services or team performance.
