Key Enterprise Risk Management Position

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in managing enterprise risks, with a strong focus on governance processes and cross-functional risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the design, implementation, and embedding of the ERM framework within our organization.
  • Developing and maintaining cross-functional elements of our risk management framework to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Leading the establishment and evolution of our risk appetite framework, contributing to the monitoring of our firm's risk profile through Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), incidents, and other risk monitoring tools.
  • Supporting the implementation of our risk framework in our international and other operating subsidiaries, developing and producing insightful management information to inform business decisions.
  • Contributing to strengthening firm-wide risk awareness and culture by promoting a proactive and resilient approach to risk management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management in the financial services sector, with a solid understanding of risk governance processes and cross-functional risk management frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and create meaningful business insights.
  • Substantial practical experience in designing and implementing ERM frameworks in a financial services environment, preferably in banking and/or payments.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape impacting risk management, with the ability to analyze data and generate insightful management reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions to drive risk management initiatives and promote a culture of risk-awareness.
