Financial Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee acquisitions accounting.

About the Position:
  • The ideal candidate will assist with special projects, including due diligence reviews and financial model preparation
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for financing requirements and lender condition precedents
  • Manage banking requirements, including KYC/AML processes and new bank account openings
  • Perform post-closing transition and integration matters
  • Brief the acquired management team and employees on integration processes and impacts
  • Evaluate issues requiring senior-level input for quick and effective resolution
  • Ensure interdependencies between functions for prioritized and sequenced activities
  • Assist in subsidiaries' external audits and related valuation processes
  • Review or prepare bank covenant calculations and analysis
  • Contribute in financing reporting packages for lenders and board meetings
Requirements:
  • CPA certification with extensive M&A accounting experience
  • Strong ASPE expertise
  • Private enterprise files and tax experience from a medium to large size practice
  • Complex file experience preferred
