About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across a portfolio of health and medical brands. This is a full-time remote position, and the ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring timely delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure projects align with brand strategy and business objectives
  • Coordinate workloads and task assignments across the marketing team
  • Set clear ETAs, deadlines, and expectations for each task or deliverable
  • Enforce accountability for meeting deadlines and escalating risks early
  • Use project management tools to visualize bandwidth and track project progress
  • Intake, prioritize, and delegate marketing requests across the team
  • Review marketing assets and campaigns to ensure brand consistency and correct messaging
  • Coordinate closely with designers, content specialists, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain visibility across all marketing efforts and proactively resolve bottlenecks
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing lead or coordinator roles
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing execution
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with fluent English (C1)
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Google Drive, Slack, and other remote collaboration tools
  • Experience in e-commerce, health, wellness, or medical product industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing calendars, product launches, and campaign planning preferred
