Senior Testing Transformation Leader

This is a leadership position focused on driving the development of testing strategies and solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Dev Ops Engineering and Quality Engineering, as well as dynamic leadership skills to manage software testing/development teams.
- Architect and drive the development of testing strategies and solutions.
- Build and transform the quality engineering team into full-stack testers.
- Define and build transformation strategy and develop testing frameworks.
- Design and develop strategic engineering solutions to expand Environment as a Service for agile CI/CD pipelines and on-demand test environments.
- Provide thought leadership and drive technology innovation.
- Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders, peers, and broader architecture community.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Act as an escalation point for all departments.
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Extensive leadership experience in Dev Ops Engineering and Quality Engineering and/or Development roles in financial institutions or retail cards domain or technology companies.
- Dynamic leader of software testing/development teams focused on development and delivery of microservices, API gateways, and enterprise technology platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with various stakeholders. The ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams is essential for success in this role.
