Key Account Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our key account relationships, ensuring seamless digital marketing solutions and exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, setting clear expectations for ongoing service delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Internal Coordination: Communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate client requests are addressed.
  • Client Support: Handle client inquiries, either resolving issues personally or collaborating with the team for additional data or solutions.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and close deals to enhance the client's digital marketing strategy.
  • Reporting & Strategy Meetings: Conduct regular reporting meetings with clients to review results, discuss recommendations, and create new opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven track record managing clients in web development, SEO, PPC, or related digital marketing services.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Upselling Expertise: Experience in identifying upsell opportunities and converting them into revenue-driving actions.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously while tracking time and delivering timely results.
