Job Title: Account Management Professional

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Account Management Professional to join our team. As an Account Management Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively cultivate relationships with customers and use Microsoft sales strategies to establish alignment and secure buy-in and execution.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of account plans utilizing common sales and delivery methodology for the Microsoft sales organization.
  • Lead extended teams and engage with internal and external partners to drive business outcomes and create business value for customers.
  • Actively seek customer feedback and help create long-term strategies aimed at maintaining levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Position oneself as a thought leader and trusted advisor internally and externally to executive-level business decision makers.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in working as an Account Executive, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to set action items and approach to drive big bets and drive new business opportunities.
  • Ability to influence and mitigate proactively competitive risk.
