AliExpress is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Management professional to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic account management, relationship building, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and execute account management strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of account management strategies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop data-driven insights to inform account management strategies.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in Portuguese and English, with a strong understanding of local business formats in Brazil.
- E-commerce Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce operations, with a strong understanding of traffic and conversion logic.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and customer needs, with a strong focus on delivering results.
