About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Pacifica Continental. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
  3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing customer relationships.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  5. Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the Gambling industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to problem-solve and negotiate.
  • Fluency in English.
