Job Title: Partner Account Manager

Kaspersky, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a skilled Partner Account Manager to join our team. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with channel partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of channel partners to ensure revenue targets are met
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive growth and revenue
  • Serve as a single point of contact for partners, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Align partner strategy with regional sales and development goals
  • Perform partner management in a compliant manner, adhering to channel rules of engagement and Kaspersky business policies
  • Help connect Kaspersky's partner community with our Area-level initiatives to drive partner satisfaction
  • Advocate for partners within Kaspersky
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in partner or channel management, sales, or business development in the software industry
  • Proven track record of achievement against quota
  • Reasonable level of technical proficiency
  • Inclusive and collaborative mindset, with strong partner relationship management skills
  • Proactivity and self-motivation, with a strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations
