Key Account Executive Role Overview

The Key Account Executive will oversee a segment of high net worth customers in the Brazilian market. This involves proactive management and optimization of customer relationships to drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor customer performance to ensure rewards are offered in accordance with business requirements, fostering customer loyalty and retention.
  • Identify individual customers and take timely actions to stimulate growth and activity within their lifecycle stage, leveraging data analysis and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns to enhance the activity of high net worth customers, resulting in prompt results and comprehensive reports that inform future strategies.
  • Assess the performance of assigned customer segments at the market level, analyzing emerging trends and insights to inform business development and expansion.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks related to high-value customers, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Utilize predictive modeling to identify potential new key customers and onboard them efficiently, optimizing business outcomes.
  • Aquire in-depth knowledge of customers and construct comprehensive profiles, informing strategic decisions and driving revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliant communications with Key Accounts, including Health Checks and Responsible Gambling initiatives, upholding industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Account Services, and Customer Support teams to create a positive and secure gambling environment, prioritizing customer satisfaction and trust.
Requirements:
  • Prior work experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in key customer service, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and excellent command of English, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across languages and cultures.
  • Commercial acumen, analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel spreadsheets, enabling efficient data analysis and presentation.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a passion for the online gaming industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work well within a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
