We are seeking an accomplished Key Account Growth Strategist to manage key customer relationships and drive sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and expanding relationships by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Manage key account customer relationships
- Acquire thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Play integral part in generating new sales opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in online gaming industry
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understanding of CRM tools
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
