We're seeking a Customer Journey Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering data-driven strategies that deepen consumer relationships, boost retention, and drive long-term value.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lifecycle KPIs, manage reporting dashboards, and deliver clear performance insights.
- Lead the charge on customer retention strategy, building lifecycle campaigns that convert insight into action.
- Analyze churn drivers and cohort behavior to uncover trends, identify friction points, and shape strategic decisions.
- Launch and optimize personalized lifecycle journeys using Braze and internal platforms.
- Drive A/B testing from concept to conclusion, surfacing learnings that elevate future campaigns.
- Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Finance to align lifecycle moments with high-impact business goals.
- Own and evolve segmentation strategies to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and analytics.
- Experience with Braze and other marketing automation tools.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
