Job Title: Front-end Software Architect

">Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Front-end Software Architect. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of transportation networks and mobility solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative front-end architectures that meet the needs of our diverse customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal developers to propose and drive alignment of architectures and designs.
  • Ensure seamless user experiences by aligning UX designs with front-end designs.
  • Collaborate with back-end services and architecture teams to align front-end strategies with product and program management.
  • Provide support and guidance on chosen and future front-end frameworks and technologies.
  • Document, maintain, and communicate chosen front-end architectures.
  • Contribute to software development, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
  • Participate in estimation of new features and enhancements.
  • Support and maintain existing features.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or other relevant education or experience.
  • Experience in Javascript/Typescript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
  • Experience in Vue.js (preferred) or Angular or React frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Git version control software.
  • Confidence in OOP concepts.
  • Experience with change management software.
  • Background in complex software projects and agile software development methods (e.g. Scrum or Kanban).
  • Good to have but not mandatory: experience from containerization of software, Azure cloud services, GoJS, GraphQL, Java Spring framework, Cypress test framework, SQL/NoSQL databases.
