Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the achievement of business objectives.

  • • Lead the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services to employees and managers.

  • • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement talent management programs.

  • • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance with company policies and laws.

  • • Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Certifications:

  • • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

  • Experience:

  • • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and employee engagement.

  • • Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives.
