PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Manter os atributos e a disponibilidade dos recursos para os projetos de implantação da solução SAP PY
  • Garantir que toda a demanda de recursos para projetos atuais e futuros seja planejada proativamente, mantendo um plano de recursos controlado
  • Alocação de recursos qualificados com base nos requisitos da função do projeto e nas habilidades/perfil individual
  • Monitorar/controlar as mudanças na alocação de recursos com base nas mudanças no cronograma e na implementação do projeto
  • Monitorar proativamente o status dos recursos para identificar lacunas e fornecer recomendações
  • Buscar contratados para projetos de implementação (quando necessário)
  • Aconselhar sobre a necessidade de recrutamento, prevendo futuras demandas e lacunas de capacidade de pessoal
  • Estabelecer e implementar uma estratégia de comunicação necessária para a melhoria e a conscientização do processo de terceirização
  • Garantir a integralidade do registro de horas de todos os envolvidos na implementação
  • Ponto único de contato para o status e a situação dos recursos
  • Envolver-se ativamente no alinhamento inter-regional dos processos de terceirização
  • Manter um relacionamento com o Recursos Humanos para manter o alinhamento nos processos
REQUISITOS
  • Formação Superior Completa
  • Inglês Fluente
  • Experiência técnica anterior com o módulo de folha (PY) do SAP
  • Habilidade de relacionamento com stakeholders e clientes
  • Planejamento e organização
O modelo de trabalho adotado pela ADP é office based/presencial, com a possibilidade de trabalho em home-office por até duas vezes na semana.
