Job Summary
As a skilled resource manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient utilization and forecasting of labor needs across various geographical areas. This position has a significant impact on the performance and profitability of project teams from a quality, operational, and financial perspective.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a central point of contact to identify and track personnel capacity and availability in real-time.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Talent Acquisition to expedite recruiting efforts, including prioritizing open positions.
- Collaborate closely with operational management to track and identify current and future personnel resource needs and assignments, monitoring regional attrition.
- Evaluate personnel resource requests from operations management to ensure resourcing needs are met, identifying staff for assignments based on client requirements, employee background, therapeutic area requirements, geographical area, and availability.
- Work with senior operational leadership, Business Development, and Bids & Proposals team to forecast future personnel needs, including assignments for attendance at bid defense meetings and maintenance of unassigned (bench) staff.
- Perform continuous risk analysis, tracking, and providing routine and ad hoc trending assessments, identifying potential risks to operational needs and escalating to senior leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
- 5+ years' experience in workforce management or a related field, with 1+ year of leadership responsibility
- Previous workforce management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of resourcing and forecasting methods, applicable tools for tracking and forecasting needs, and thorough understanding of expectations and resourcing needs
- Effective negotiation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and facilitation skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical ability
- Ability to proactively gather, interpret, and evaluate information from various resources to make decisions and recommendations
- Understanding of relational databases and ability to generate reports
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Proven ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment with optimal efficiency and accuracy
- Strong mentoring and training skills

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
