Job Overview

Maintain a high-level understanding of awarded work, potential new business, resource demand and challenges within this role.

  • Triage demands to inform strategic recommendations for resourcing size and mix forecasts at a client level.
  • Engage senior management to influence resource-related decisions and challenge assumptions.
  • Produce and distribute reports on assignment status for internal and external team members and senior management.
  • Prepare and present assignment information at internal meetings.
  • Partner with other Resource Managers to develop process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and prioritize demands to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive resource-related decisions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate reports on assignment status.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results to quality and timeline metrics.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under limited direction.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
