We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a team responsible for delivering strategic services to vendors. The goal of this service is to help vendors grow and deliver exceptional customer experiences by collaborating across key retail touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with key stakeholders to define priorities and operational goals aligned with vendor needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors subscribed to the service.
- Manage a team of specialists who develop joint business plans for a portfolio of vendors and drive significant business impact.
- Audit metrics regularly to ensure high quality vendor and employee experiences across multiple sub-categories.
- Collaborate with the central team to implement tools and offshore processes, increasing productivity within the team.
- Develop the necessary skills within the team and allocate resources effectively.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in retail or fashion and consumer goods industries or consulting.
- Proactive approach to taking ownership and driving business performance.
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and key partners.
- Business proficiency in English language (written and verbal).
- People management skills.
