**Pedestrian Team Lead**

Role title: Street View Pedestrian Team Lead

Function: Operations

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil

Shift Timings: Earliest 1 hour after sunrise and latest by 1 hour before sunset

Qualification: Graduate

WFO: Work From Office

ROLE PURPOSE:
Manage local outreach to various types of external Partners in various geographies, Communicate the customer’s mission to new partners and sign-up new collects opportunities, and support selected top level partnerships as directed by the customer.

Research and onboard External Providers when indicated by the customer. Address and resolve external Partners’ queries associated with the Pedestrian operations, Manage and schedule data collects in collaboration with external Partners and Operations teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:

- Participate in and guide inter-regional coordination to ensure consistent language-based

support
- Ensure quality of team support
- Provide continuous training to the team
- highlight risks, knowledge gaps and feedback from program execution in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations of suitable process/program improvements to the customer (and

vendor program / on-site Managers, as applicable)
- Provide weekly summary of team activities with regards to all team responsibilities
- Select new team members, as needed, in accordance with the customer’s requirements
- Manage all HR needs of team
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the customer
- Assume role as primary point of contact for the customer and other operations leads for all

aspects of program execution
- Manage small teams of Operators and Partner Managers, ensuring they adhere strictly to

operational processes provided by the customer.
- Manage Partner outreach and sign up, and support customer’s top-level partnerships when

required.
- Address and resolve external Partners’ queries associated with the Pedestrian operations.
- Plan and execute new operations’ launches as per plan and closures within the required timeframes.
- Plan and execute Operators’ training.
- Create and deliver daily work schedules to local Operators. Plan and manage Operations’

schedules based on scope completion.
- Monitor data collection, upload and quality daily.
- Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues, and escalate system wide issues when

necessary, as directed by the customer.
- Manage post-collection data curation for specific types of data as directed by the customer.
- Manage and overlook logistics processes associated with the operations.
- Update information in internal planning tools and platforms as directed by the customer.
- Create and maintain project documentation and workflows.
- Create detailed reports of operations progress and day-to-day operational costs.
