Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the proper functioning of telephone equipment and implement correct operating procedures.
  • Handle guest complaints and remarks in a timely and professional manner.

  • Record and deliver wake-up calls.
  • Report telephone defects to the technical department.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to find solutions.
  • Able to cope with the pressures of a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in another foreign language besides English is a plus.
