We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Professional to join our team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in sales development. As a Sales Development Professional, you will be responsible for managing dealers' relationships to market company products and services. You will design and assist dealers on forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning, and sales techniques; support the rollout of new products. Additionally, you will perform regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage dealers' relationships to promote company offerings.
  • Develop sales strategies with dealers, including forecasting, sales planning, and rental/used equipment management.
  • Collaborate with dealers to implement effective sales techniques and promote new products.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews with dealers and provide guidance on improvement areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Pre-Advanced English proficiency.
  • Prior experience in parts sales and operations.
  • Familiarity with construction machinery.
