Requirements- Mandatory Skills: English proficiency (spoken and written), Living in Florianópolis – SC, Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work, Strong communication skills
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks, Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, Experience in fast-paced environments or startups, International experience
- Essential Qualifications: Undergraduate degree
