Job Description:

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes that meet or exceed quality standards. This includes planning and coordinating the installation of new equipment, as well as managing existing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing detailed manufacturing plans for new programs, including the selection and procurement of necessary equipment.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
  • Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Analyzing data to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes to drive increased efficiency and productivity.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field, with a focus on process development and implementation.
  • Experience with APQP systems and knowledge of industry quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
