Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly and/or manufacturing, with a strong understanding of quality systems and financial investment.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed production plans for new programs, ensuring timely implementation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Source and procure equipment and tools, optimizing material flow and operations.
  • Provide technical support and training to operators, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and support the plant during equipment installation and launch, minimizing downtime and delays.
  • Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes, implementing process improvements and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in assembly and/or manufacturing, with expertise in APQP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Manufacturing processes and operations workflows, with emphasis on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Tooling, equipment, automation, engineering specifications, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Data analysis and statistical tools application, with ability to interpret results and make informed decisions.
  • Safety regulations relevant to manufacturing environments, with commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
