Job ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies tailored to the US market.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
- Identify key audience segments and create effective targeting strategies.
Paid Ads Management:
- Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, and programmatic networks.
- Set up, monitor, and adjust ad budgets and bids to maximize ROI.
- Develop A/B testing strategies for creative, messaging, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Use data insights to adjust strategies and ensure continuous improvement in lead generation and ad performance.
- Monitor competitive and industry trends to keep campaigns relevant and effective.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the leads generated are high-quality and sales-ready.
- Partner with the content creation team to produce materials that resonate with the US audience.
Budget Management:
- Effectively manage ad spend across multiple platforms, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while delivering results.
- Provide forecasts and recommendations for future ad spend based on campaign performance.
Optimization & Scaling:
- Continuously test new ad formats, targeting tactics, and creative concepts to improve performance.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining a focus on quality lead generation.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns with a proven track record of success targeting the US market.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required, as well as excellent communication skills in Portuguese.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to create and optimize campaign tracking systems using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
- Experience working in B2B marketing, particularly in industries such as Technology, Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Healthcare, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM-related marketing is an advantage.
