About the Role

The selected candidate will participate in daily technical and administrative activities in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies, and legislation.

The role involves:

  • Supporting the review, updating, requesting approval, and disclosure of the QHSE Latin America policy, procedures, and instructions;
  • Supporting the consolidation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment programs through regional standardization based on corporate standards;
  • Creating presentations for training and meetings;
  • Compiling and reviewing data to generate indicators;
  • Helping to automate controls and indicators in the Region;
  • Supporting the Follow Up of routine activities in the plants in Latin America;
  • Consolidating Non-Conformities, events, and accidents for regional management;
  • Monitoring monthly Reports in computerized systems, spreadsheets, or dashboards;
  • Executing operational activities in general, as long as they are linked to QHSE LatAm;
  • Monitoring LatAm's cost plan and issuing requisitions, purchase orders, and acceptances.
