**Global Excellence Analyst Opportunity**

The R&D Region Asst Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the high quality of documentation and standards for low to medium complexity projects, accelerating digital transformation, and integrating harmonized business processes throughout the LATAM region.

- Ensure integrity and high quality of ingredients, products, and processes through collaboration with Product Developers.

- Execute requirements of Global Ingredient Standards by building connections with suppliers and documenting new or existing ingredient specifications.

- Replicate and load specifications into SAP PLM or other systems.

- Simplify R&D ways of working with digital solutions.

- Execute plans for R&D Data Sustain and SAP-PLM adoption in Brasil, SOCO, and Andean regions.

- Manage workflows in systems, mainly in SAP.

- Support supplier qualification and approval according to global quality protocols.

- Collaborate with external suppliers for compliance with ingredient, product, and process specifications.

- Write specifications of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and processes.

- Work with Project Leaders to ensure project timeline compliance.

- Lead medium and high complexity projects for critical experience as a product developer.

- Provide operational training related to new technology or products.

- Coordinate industrial, pilot plant, or laboratory tests for new products, processes, and equipment.

- Participate in project meetings of the functional team.

- Maintain confidentiality of R&D information and company strategy.

- Communicate progress with Legacy Specs Update team.

- Support and execute data cleansing, enrichment, and sustain for Latin America Digitization efforts.

**Qualifications**
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Research & Development or Process area interfaced with R&D.
  • MS or Bachelor's degree in food science and technology, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, or related fields.
  • Desirable technical knowledge in Foods platforms.
  • Desirable experience in SAP (PLM and/or ERP).
  • Ability to influence across matrixed R&D and category organization.
  • Intellectual and technical curiosity.
  • Basic knowledge in Food Safety, HACCP, Allergens.
  • Language: English and Spanish (min intermediate).
  • Flexibility to travel (national and international).
  • Data management and analytical skills.
