Service Development Leader

We are seeking a results-driven professional to develop and manage our service teams in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the service development process in the region.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers.
  • Maintain and grow the service business of the Automation portfolio.
  • Design, implement, and promote the strategic sales plan for services.
  • Lead services sales management to drive growth and profitability.

Additional responsibilities include guaranteeing area services sales targets, managing team activities, monitoring performance, and implementing methods to improve efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Automation or relevant Engineering or business management field.
  • Experience in business and sales & service management, customer interface, and Automation products and services.
  • Experience in a position with profit and loss responsibility.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Fluent Portuguese (mandatory).
  • Fluent Spanish (desirable).

The ideal candidate should have leadership experience, be able to build and inspire teams, and have a proven track record of achieving results in a matrix organization.
