We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our clients in the North and Noroeste Fluminense regions of Rio de Janeiro.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on printers, ensuring timely and quality service delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and monitoring printer fleets across client sites;
- Ensuring SLA compliance by updating ticket statuses in real-time;
- Managing inventory levels and replenishing equipment as needed;
- Executing efficient logistics and reverse logistics processes;
- Monitoring software usage and reporting anomalies;
- Performing other tasks related to the job environment with similar complexity.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- At least one year of experience in technical roles;
- Red Hat certification;
- Knowledge of electronics and electrical systems;
- Basic understanding of infrastructure and office software;
- Desirable: Category B driver's license;
- Desirable: Residency in Macaé or Rio das Ostras.
