Role Description

As a Maintenance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our industrial assets. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with cross-functional teams to co-create cutting-edge digital solutions that drive innovation and process optimization.

You will be responsible for improving asset integrity, developing predictive maintenance strategies, and implementing data-driven insights to reduce downtime and increase efficiency. Your technical expertise in rotating equipment and predictive maintenance will be invaluable in driving business growth and excellence.

To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, advanced analytical skills, and experience with industrial automation systems. You should also be familiar with agile methodologies and continuous improvement tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize asset utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that drive innovation and process optimization.
  • Analyze data from sensors and other sources to identify trends and patterns that can inform maintenance decisions.
  • Work with engineers and technicians to develop and implement new technologies that improve asset performance and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and assess economic and technical viability to support investment decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance and asset management, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Strong background in predictive maintenance, asset diagnostics, and industrial operations.
  • Hands-on experience with PI AF (Asset Framework) and similar data analysis tools.
  • Ability to facilitate studies such as HAZOP, HAZID, RCA, FMEA, and RCM.
  • Knowledge of industrial process operation and control.
  • Basic understanding of industrial automation, DCS, protection systems, and condition monitoring tools.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and digital software architecture.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
