About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving revenue growth, you will focus on closing sales opportunities generated by our top-of-the-funnel team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales closings with leads, presenting personalized proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to understand potential customers' requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate plans to meet customers' expectations and overcome objections using market techniques.
  • Maintain after-sales relationships for ongoing customer satisfaction and future business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed logical sales targets and maintain accurate records of sales interactions.
  • Develop and foster ongoing communication with customers to manage sales pipeline and forecast.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages such as Portuguese and Spanish is an asset.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
  • You must be passionate about driving innovation and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with relationship-building abilities are necessary.
