We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business expansion through proactive and consultative services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in managing PJ portfolios and economic groups. They will also be able to analyze proposals and develop strategies to achieve sustainable results and expand membership.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits for business prospecting and consultative service;
- Serve members and the economic group of Low and Medium Complexity;
- Implement prospecting strategies in collaboration with the Service Post team;
- Develop strategies to boost sales, increase product and service portfolios, identify new opportunities, and analyze proposals;
- Promote and encourage institutional programs, visit entities, prospect, strengthen relationships, showcase the portfolio of products and services, and foster member business;
- Manage the PJ portfolio and economic group, conducting interviews, offering business solutions, education, and guidance based on member needs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Complete higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
- CPA 10 certification (mandatory);
- Experience as a PJ Manager;
- Driver's license category B;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Negotiation techniques and prospecting skills;
- Availability and initiative for external visits;
- Results-oriented, working with goals and challenges;
- Adherence to norms and procedures;
- Knowledge of the local market.
