  • Configure, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
  • Understand and support Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, APP registration, and conditional access policies.
  • Gain experience with Teams audio/video setup, troubleshooting, and quality assessment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 services.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Teams deployment, configuration, and management.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 identity management with Azure Active Directory.
