Senior HR Business Partner Role

This role involves providing strategic support to the organizational development strategy in Brazil. The Senior HR Business Partner will act as a key advisor to business leaders, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • HR Process Implementation: Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and programs in Brazil, ensuring compliance with global standards while adapting to local market dynamics and legal requirements.
  • Leadership Development: Design, coordinate, and deliver leadership development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and building strong leadership capabilities across the organization.
  • Expert Support: Provide expert support and coaching to managers and directors on complex HR issues, including organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, retention strategies, and change management initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Lead and participate in cross-functional and regional HR projects, ensuring effective deployment, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of initiatives within the local context.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in Human Resources management positions is required.
  • Skills: Strong experience in companies with a robust Compliance program and a matrix environment is essential.
  • Qualifications: Advanced English proficiency is necessary, as well as experience working with Centers of Excellence (COE) or Shared Services Centers (CSC).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Employee Relations: Experience in Employee Relations, Workplace Practices is highly desirable.
  • Industry Expertise: Previous experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical companies is also preferred.
