Benefits Coordinator

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless benefit plan administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in benefits administration, particularly in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit inquiries and escalate issues as needed
  • Conduct new hire benefits orientation and coordinate enrollment processes
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient benefit plan administration
  • Maintain digital storage of plan documents and employee resources while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Languages: Portuguese and English
