**Job Description**

We are seeking a Support Associate to join our team to work collaboratively with customers, partners, and colleagues on the design, delivery, support, and management of customer environments in the Commerce Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to develop skills and career, being exposed to a vast range of world-class tools and technologies including public cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Java, Apache, and Unix.

In this role, you will resolve known issues, report new errors to developers, create Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), wiki documents, discuss solutions with colleagues, participate in forums, and deliver technical trainings and workshops to internal staff.

You will achieve proficiency in all areas of SAP Commerce Cloud and specialize in at least one area, developing your technical skills such as reading code, debugging, unit testing, etc.

In addition, you will participate in critical incident de-escalation efforts and escalation management "war rooms", adhering to assigned schedules, working hours that could be allocated between 9:00AM to 9:00PM or with schedules potentially encompassing weekend shifts with occasional on-duty or on-call rotations on public holidays.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any Technology-related course
  • Advanced English skills (oral and written)
  • Relevant technical skills (debugging, tracing, etc.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work under pressure
  • Good communication, prioritization, adaptability, and customer orientation skills
  • Growth mindset, with openness to learn and positive attitude to work in team
