You will coach and mentor the team on Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles.

You will manage project finances, budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis using Microsoft Project and Project Server.

You will manage the digital product lifecycle using ServiceNow and ensure SDLC Compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more squads;
  • Manage project finances, budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis using Microsoft Project and Project Server;
  • Release Management and SDLC Compliance: Manage the digital product lifecycle using ServiceNow;
  • Counsel and guide the team on Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced, digital environment;
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Project and Project Server for financial management. You must be able to understand an allotment/budget, forecast it out, and speak to it in detail;
  • Hands-on experience with IT Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow, for release and change management;
  • Solid understanding of SDLC processes and the importance of process controls and documentation;
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. The role requires daily communication with international teams and leaders;
  • Proven international experience, working effectively with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders;
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM II) or other Agile certifications;
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus;
  • Experience in the technology or financial services industry.
